Shipping and Returns.

Shipping of Prints.

All prints on this website are posted FREE SHIPPING, through An Post, by Registered Mail. Prints are priced and sold unframed, and are usually dispatched within three working days of receipt of the order.

For customers outside of the European Union, your purchase may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and charges. These are the customer’s responsibility to pay.

The prints are carefully mounted and wrapped in cellophane by Aidan Flanagan, and sent flat-packed to your address. See photos for examples.

Once your print(s) is dispatched you will receive an email from me , with the An Post Tracking information.

Once you have received delivery of your mounted print, you are advised to leave it wrapped in the cellophane covering until you have brought it to your framer.

Returns.

If you are not happy with your original print, I will be happy to give you a full refund of the purchase price. In the case of a return, you must inform me within 14 days of receipt of your purchase.

You must return the mounted print in it’s original packaging, or similar to:

Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

Once I have received the returned print, I will issue a refund to the account through which the purchase was made.
